儿童重复肾上半肾切除术后输尿管残端综合征的诊治分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的：总结回顾儿童重复肾上半肾切除术后输尿管残端综合征（DUS）的临床特点,探讨合理的诊治方法.方法：回顾性分析我院2004～2014年收治的9例重复肾上半肾切除术后发生DUS的患儿的临床表现、影像学检查、治疗方法及预后情况,同时复习相关文献.结果：患儿主要临床表现为反复泌尿系感染7例,感染并尿道外口囊性包块脱出1例,间断尿道外口脓性分泌物1例,手术切除输尿管残端后患儿均恢复良好.结论：行重复肾上半肾切除术时应尽可能切除输尿管远端.对于存在DUS的患儿,手术切除输尿管残端是可靠的治疗方法.
