正畸治疗对牙周病患者牙龈退缩的疗效分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的:评价正畸治疗对牙周病患者牙龈退缩的影响。方法:选择20例要求正畸治疗的牙周病伴有牙龈退缩的患者,在正畸治疗前行牙周治疗,制定合适的矫治方案,记录正畸治疗前后牙龈退缩的量和牙周袋探诊深度、临床附着水平。所得数据采用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果:正畸治疗后,牙龈退缩量为(1.54±0.59)mm,小于治疗前(2.68±0.65)mm(P<0.05)。治疗后牙周袋探诊深度为(3.04±0.55)mm,小于治疗前(5.12±0.58)mm(P<0.05)。治疗后临床附着水平为(1.82±0.61)mm,小于治疗前(1.98±0.71)mm(P<0.05)。结论:正畸治疗可以改善牙周病患者的牙龈退缩,达到美观及恢复咀嚼功能的目的。
