摘要
在当前设备制造及生产线检测领域中,以图像采集为核心的机器视觉具有广泛的应用前景,工业应用对图像采集设备提出了高分辨率、高速以及高稳定性等要求。为此,提出了一种嵌入式CCD图像采集系统的设计方案,系统采用微处理器OMAP3530作为主控器,CCD芯片选用工业级产品ICX285AL,在嵌入式Linux系统下使用Qt开发了图形用户界面,以触屏的方式进行人机交互。系统实现了图像采集系统的基本功能,同时具有良好的扩展性。
With image-capture as the core,machine vision has wide application prospects in the field of current equipment manufacturing and production line testing. In industrial applications,image-capture devices must meet the requirements of high resolution,high speed,and high stability. So this paper come up with a design scheme of embedded CCD image-capture system.This system used microprocessor OMAP3530 as the host controller. The CCD chip used is ICX285 AL,which is an industrial product. A GUI is developed by using Qt in the embedded Linux system. A touch screen is used for human-computer interaction. The system achieves the basic function of image-capture system. Meanwhile,it has a good scalability.
