树突状细胞和肥大细胞对肠易激综合征作用的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 IBS以腹痛或腹部不适伴有排便异常为主要症状，是临床常见的胃肠功能紊乱性疾病。IBS在亚洲国家的发病率为6．5%～10．1％，且呈上升趋势。1BS并非单纯的功能性胃肠病，内脏高敏感和肠道动力异常是IBS两大基本病理生理变化，潜在的机制涉及肠道免疫异常激活、肠黏膜低度炎性反应、肠道菌群改变、肠黏膜屏障功能紊乱等，各机制相互关联。
