摘要
我国幅员辽阔,地域特征明显,多变的运营环境成为制约高速列车车体设计的一个重要因素.在传统设计方法中,车体设计缺乏对已有产品设计知识和经验的重用,且不能迅速响应运营环境需求,针对这些不足,提出一种面向运营环境的高速列车车体配置设计方法,首先对运营环境进行分析、转化,需求转化后得到的设计参数集作为车体配置设计的输入,建立改进的GPCM(GBOM-based Product Configuration Model)车体配置模型,然后采用基于规则和实例结合的配置设计方法实现车体的配置设计,最后以某型车车体结构模块的配置设计为例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.
China has a vast territory which has varied geographical features,and the complicated operating environment has become an important factor to restrict the design of high-speed train body.In the traditional method,the existing design knowledge and experience are less reused and the design can not meet the operational requirement quickly.Aiming at this situation,the highspeed train body configuration design method is proposed based on the operating environment.At first,the requirement of operation environment is analyzed and transformed to obtain the design parameter set which is regarded as the input of configuration,then the improved GPCM(GBOMbased Product Configuration Model)high-speed train body configuration model is established.After that,the body configuration design is achieved by the design method based on a combination of rules and examples.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the configuration method have been verified by an example of configuration design of a car body structure module.
