摘要
针对起动/发电一体机的发电模式,提出了一种内置式永磁同步发电机(interior permanent magnet synchronous generator,IPMSG)的弱磁控制方法。对比单位功率因数控制策略,分析了发电机弱磁控制的原理;在矢量控制数学模型的基础上,分析了弱磁电压控制的可行性,给出了发电机d轴弱磁电压矢量控制策略的实现方法。对IPMSG在弱磁控制和单位功率因数控制下的运行情况进行了仿真和实验验证,结果验证了所提策略的有效性。
Aiming at the generator mode of the integrated starter/generator motor, a flux-weakening control method of the interior permanent magnet synchronous generator(IPMSG) is proposed. Compared with the unit power factor control, this paper discusses the principle of generator flux-weakening control. And based on the mathematical model of vector control, the feasibility of the flux-weakening voltage control is anlysed, and the realization of d-axis flux-weakening voltage vector control is proposed. The operation of IPMSM with the flux-weakening control and the unit power factor control is simulated and tested through experiments, and the results verify the effectivity of the flux-weakening control.
