Th17细胞及相关细胞因子在乙型病毒性肝炎中的作用机制 被引量:2

摘要 Th17细胞是在对实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)和胶原诱导的关节炎(CIA)这两种动物模型的研究中被发掘的。研究者在实验中发现,通过清除Th1样细胞因子IL-2或IFN-γ并不能有效预防或缓解病情,而IL-23在这些疾病的进程中反而显示出了极为重要的作用。之后研究表明,IL-23可以促进CD4+T细胞产生炎性细胞因子IL-17,由此,这种不同于Th1、Th2的IL-17+细胞作为一种新的Th细胞亚群才被发掘疆命名为Th17。
