摘要
目的提高临床实习初期护生带教质量。方法制定临床带教责任表,实习初期的护生每人一份,各位带教老师合理分工,带教方向明确。结果护生学习被动变主动,带教老师的责任心增强,提高了教学质量。结论在实习初期应用带教责任表,有效提高了护生学习的积极性、方向性,提高其在新的医疗环境中适应各个岗位的能力。
Objective To improve the quality of the early clinical practice teaching of nursing students. Methods Make a form about clinical teaching responsibility, and give it to every nursing student. Each Clinical teacher's division of labor is reasonable and the teaching direction is very clear. Results The nursing students changed from passive learning to active learning and the clinical teacher's sense of responsibility increased which both lead to the improvement of teaching quality. Conclusion It was found that the application of clinical teaching responsibility form in early stage of ,practice improved the nursing students' learning enthusiasm and orientation hnd improved their ability to adapt to the various positions in the new medical environment.
