摘要
目的总结缺血性脑血管病全脑血管造影及介入治疗的可行性。分析可以改善缺血性脑血管病病惠临床指征的主要方法。方法笔者随机选择本院2013年4月～2015年4月收取并予以全脑血管造影的66例缺血性脑血管病患者，有40例患者接受介入治疗，观察所有患者治疗情况。结果结果表明患者动脉狭窄情况已得到控制，有5例患者存在低血压，6例存在心动过缓，1例存在HS。结论基于缺血性脑血管病患者而言，全脑血管造影及介入治疗有助于改善患者临床指标．可取得显著近期疗效。
Objective To summarize the whole cerebral angiography and interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the feasibility analysis can improve the ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients clinical indications of the main methods. Methods 66 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who underwent total cerebral angiography were selected in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015, 40 cases of patients underwent interventional therapy and observe all patients treatment. Results The results showed that patients with artery stenosis situation is under control, there are 5 cases patients hypotension, 6 cases of bradycardia, 1 case of HS. Conclusion Based on ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients, the cerebral angiography and interventional treatment of clinical indicators, help to improve the patients can be achieved in the near future curative effect.
