分析应用Q开关1064nm激光小光斑低能量微爆破治疗褐青色痣的效果

摘要 目的分析和研究对于皮肤有褐青色痣的患者使用1064nm小激光的光斑低能量微爆破治疗的效果。方法选取当地某医院2013年10月~2015年1月被诊断为皮肤有褐青色痣并进行激光治疗的患者100例,并按照随机对照的原则,将其分为使用1064nm小激光的光癍低能量微爆破进行治疗的治疗组50例、使用常规高能量参数进行治疗的对照组50例。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率94%(47/50)。对照组患者治疗总有效率88%(44/50)。两组进行对比,其差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率2%(1/50)。对照组患者不良反应发生率6%(3/50)。结论对于皮肤有褐青色痣的患者使用1064nm小激光的光斑低能量微爆破方法进行治疗.其治疗效果显著且安全性高。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of low energy micro blasting for the skin of patients with brown blue mole using 1 064 nm small laser. Methods 100 cases of skin with brown blue mole and laser treatment of patients were selected in October 2013 to January 2015 in the hospital, and in accordance with the principle of randomized, divided into using a 1 064 nm laser beam of low energy micro blasting treatment group 50 cases, the use of conventional high energy parameters for the treatment of 50 cases of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94% (47/50). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88% (44/50). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2% (1/50). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6% (3/50). Conclusion For the skin of naevus Fusco caeruleus patients using 1064 nm laser spot low-energy micro blasting method for treatment, the therapeutic effect significantly and high safety.
