摘要
目的:探究对糖尿病患者采取辨证施护对其生活质量的影响。方法:选取糖尿病患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(50例)与对照组(48例)。对照组采取常规护理,而研究组采取辨证施护处理,观察记录两组患者的生活质量提高情况,并对比分析。结果:研究组生活质量提高率为76.00%,而对照组则为52.08%,研究组生活质量提高率明显高于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者采取中医辨证施护处理,可提高患者的生活质量,值得借鉴。
Objective： To explore dialectical nursing to improve the quality of life. Methods： 98 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the study group（50 cases） and the control group（48 cases）. The control group received routine care, while the study group took dialectical nursing process. Results： The study group therapy improved quality of life was 76.00%, compared with 52.08% in the control group; in the study group, the improved the quality of life was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Diabetic patients taking TCM dialectical nursing process, can improve the quality of life, is worth promoting.
