摘要
目的 :探讨 5种洞形设计对复合体及光固化玻璃离子水门汀 (LGIC)充填的Ⅴ类洞边缘微渗漏的影响。方法 :选用 10 0颗人离体恒后牙 ,制备 5种不同洞形 ,用复合体及LGIC分别充填。在体视显微镜下测量染液在龈壁渗入深度。 2例标本在扫描电镜下观察材料与牙体的结合情况。结果 :1.复合体充填的洞壁封闭性较LGIC更佳 ;2 .同种材料龈壁微渗漏高于壁 ;3.同种材料不同洞形微渗漏深度的比较 ,在壁无统计学差异 ,在龈壁 ,复合体充填的洞缘角为 15 0°的V形洞微渗漏较盒状洞严重 ,LGIC充填的洞缘角为 12 0°和 135°的V形洞微渗漏较盒状洞轻。结论 :复合体充填的洞壁封闭性较LGIC更佳。建议V形洞洞缘角不可制备过大。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Class V cavities sealed with two dental materials, compomer and light_cured glass ionomer cement (LGIC), and how the design of cavities affects restoration effects.Methods:A total of 100 permanent posterior teeth were selected for this experiment, and five types of cavities were prepared buccally. The cavities were restored with the compomer Dyract and the LGIC Vitremer. After 50 times of thermocycles, all the specimens were immersed in 1% solution of methylene blue dye, and then sections of the restorations were evaluated under an Olympus stereomicroscope. Two of the specimens were observed under scanning electronic microscope (SEM).Results: Microleakage happened more frequently at the gingival site than at the occlusal site. At the enamel site, the cavity design had little influence on microleakage for these two materials; but at the gingival site, Type e leakage happened more frequently than Type a/b for the compomer, and the incidence of Type c/d leakage was less than Type a/b for the LGIC.Conclusion:The restoration effect of compomer Dyract is better than that of LGIC.\;
