摘要
随着城市化进程越来越迅速,城市综合体的建设也雨后春笋般发展起来,它包含了商业、办公、居住、餐饮、文娱等城市生活空间的三项以上进行组合。BMS作为智能建筑中信息化建设的核心内容,在城市综合体中的应用也将越来越广泛。以往把信息化各子系统信息汇总至集成系统,在大数据时代,现在构想是把各综合体间数据集中采集送至中央IBMS平台,再对相应数据进行策略分析形成有用的信息。本文所述平台是集成系统的核心部分,通过在中控室建立集成平台,将保障城市综合体正常运营的各个系统进行集成,在一个房间、一个平台上集中进行监视、控制和管理。
With the urbanization process is more and more quickly, the construction of urban complex also mushroomed developed. It contains the urban living space in the commercial, office, residence, catering, entertainment and other more than three combination. BMS system as the core content of information construction in intelligent building, it will be more and more widely used in urban complex. Before the information of each subsystem information summary to the integrated system, in the era of big data, now the idea is to the complex collected data are sent to the central IBMS platform, the corresponding data strategy analysis of the formation of the useful information. In this paper, the platform is the core part of the integrated system, through in the control room of the establishment of integration platform, will guarantee the urban complex normal operation of each system integration, in a room, a platform for centralized monitoring, control and management.
