水杨肟酸对致病疫霉生长及其对嘧菌酯敏感性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法测定了离体条件下水杨肟酸对致病疫霉菌丝生长的影响,同时测定了添加水杨肟酸对致病疫霉在不同生长阶段对嘧菌酯敏感性的影响。结果表明:水杨肟酸在低浓度时对致病疫霉菌丝生长有一定的促进作用,但随其浓度升高,对病原菌的抑制作用逐渐增强,10μg/m L时,水杨肟酸对致病疫霉菌丝生长的抑制率小于10%,50μg/m L时,其平均抑制率大于70%。与单用嘧菌酯的处理相比,嘧菌酯中添加10μg/m L的水杨肟酸时,致病疫霉对嘧菌酯的敏感性不受水杨肟酸的影响,其抑制菌丝生长的平均EC50值分别为0.08和0.10μg/m L,抑制孢子囊萌发的平均EC50值分别为0.65和0.67μg/m L;同时,添加10μg/m L的水杨肟酸对孢子囊产量、游动孢子释放以及休止孢萌发均无显著影响;但嘧菌酯中添加50μg/m L的水杨肟酸时,除对致病疫霉菌丝生长无显著影响外,对其他各生长阶段均有显著影响。因此,在离体条件下测定致病疫霉对嘧菌酯的敏感性时,可不必添加水杨肟酸。 The effect of salicylhydroxamic acid( SHAM) on mycelium growth of Phytophthora infestans in vitro was investigated using mycelium growth rate method,and the impact of SHAMon the sensitivity of P. infestans to azoxystrobin at different developmental stages was also investigated. The results showed that SHAMincreased the mycelium growth of P. infestans at low concentrations(〈10 μg /m L),but inhibited it at high concentrations( 〉10 μg /m L). The inhibition rate was less than 10% when the concentration of SHAMwas 10 μg / m L,but was greater than 70% when the concentration was 50 μg / m L. The sensitivity of P. infestans to azoxystrobin amended with 10 μg / m L SHAMwas not significant different to that without amendments of SHAM,with mean EC50 values of0. 08 and 0. 10 μg / m L in mycelium growth,respectively,and 0. 65 and 0. 67 μg / m L in sporangium germination, respectively. In addition, sporangium production, zoospore release, and cystospore germination of P. infestans in azoxystrobin treatments were not affected significantly by SHAMsupplementation at 10 μg / m L; However, at 50 μg / m L, SHAMsupplementations inhibited significantly P. infestansa at all developmental stages except mycelium growth. Therefore,salicylhydroxamic acid may not be added when the sensitivity of P. infestans to azoxystrobin was determined in vitro.
