摘要
无序蔓延和交通拥堵是当前我国快速城市化进程普遍面临的问题。精明增长是一种高效、集约、紧凑的城市发展模式。文章以丽水为例，探讨精明增长模式下的城市交通发展战略。在解析精明增长内涵、发展目标和原则的基础上，首先从城市发展约束条件和自身诉求两个方面阐明了丽水市选择精明增长的必要性；基于城市交通面临的挑战，构建了丽水城市交通发展战略，进而提出相应的发展策略和发展目标。文章将对促进我国城市化朝着科学理性和可持续的方向发展具有一定的意义。
The rapid urbanization process brings a lot of problems, such as disorderly Spreading and traffic congestion. Smart growth is a highly efficient, intensive, compact model of urban development. Taking Lishui as an example, the paper discusses the mode of urban traffic development strategy based on Smart growth. Based on parsing the connotation, development goals and principles of smart growth, the paper shows the necessity to choose smart growth from two aspects, which are the constraint conditions and their own appeal of Lishui city; Based on the challenge of the city traffic, the paper gives the traffic development strategy of Lishui city, and then puts forward the corresponding development strategy and development goals. The paper will have a certain significance to promote the urbanization in a direction of the scientific, rational and sustainable development for our country.
