摘要
目的利用正交法优选糖智宁胶囊的提取工艺条件。方法以乙醇体积分数、溶媒用量、提取时间、提取次数为主要影响因素,以葛根素、盐酸小檗碱、人参皂苷Ro和竹节参皂苷Ⅳa 4个成分的总量和浸膏量为评价指标,设计L9(34)正交试验,确定提取工艺的最佳条件。结果 6倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h为最佳提取方案。结论所建方法简单、专属性强、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可有效控制制剂质量。
Objective To optimize the extracting process of Tangzhining capsule by orthogonal design. Methods Taking ethanol concentration, solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times as the main influence factors. L9(3^4) orthogonal test was designed with the content of puerarin, berberine hydrochloride, ginsenoside Ro, β-D- Glucopyranosiduronic acid and extraction percentage as evaluation index to determine the best condition of extraction process. Results Tangzhining capsule was extracted 3 times (1.5 h each time) with 6 times quantity of 50% ethanol. Conclusion The extraction technology of Tangzhining capsule optimized is simple, high and reasonable.
