摘要
目的研究鸡血藤的化学成分,为该药材的开发利用和质量评价提供依据。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱分析进行化学成分分析。结果从鸡血藤中又分离得到5个化合物,其结构鉴定为:正二十七烷酸(Ⅰ)、3,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮醇(Ⅱ)、芒柄花素(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、4',8-二甲氧基-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖基异黄酮(Ⅴ)。结论化合物4',8-二甲氧基-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖基异黄酮为首次在鸡血藤植物中发现。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Spatholobus suberectus dunn,and to provide evidence for the development and utilization and quality of the mederial. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and their spectral features were analyzed by physicochemical properties and spectral data analyses.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from Spatholobus suberectus dunn,and they were 27 alkylacid( Ⅰ),3,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy Dihydroflavonol( Ⅱ), formononetin( Ⅲ), β-sitosterol( Ⅳ),4',8-dimethoxy-7-O-β-D-glucosyl is oflavones( Ⅴ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅴ were found for the first time in Spatholobus suberectus dunn.
