肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎腹水培养的病原菌及耐药性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎腹水培养的病原菌及耐药性。方法回顾分析287例肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎患者临床资料,对其腹水病原菌进行培养,实施药敏试验,分析患者耐药性。结果 287例患者经腹水病原菌培养阳性率为13.9%,检测细菌41株,主要为革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌及真菌。大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌和肠杆菌属对美罗培南、亚胺培南、舒普深及阿米卡星的耐药性不超过30%;铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌对阿米卡星的耐药性最低。所有革兰阳性菌对万古霉素和利耐唑胺耐药性最低。结论通过对肝硬化并发自发性腹膜炎腹水病原菌培养,掌握致病菌,了解耐药性,为抗菌药选择提供必要参考依据。
