摘要
以玉米胚芽为原料,经压榨后得到玉米毛油,随后毛油进入碱炼、脱色、脱蜡及脱臭工段,研究自玉米胚芽开始直至成品油在各个工段生产过程中对玉米赤霉烯酮及呕吐毒素含量的影响。结果表明,并不是玉米胚芽在制取成品油的各个工段都对玉米赤霉烯酮及呕吐毒素的含量有大的影响,只是突出表现在压榨、碱炼和脱臭工段。
Taking corn germ as raw material, the corn oil was made after crushing, then into the alkali refining, bleaching, dewaxing and deodorization section, influences of each section during the production processing since corn germ oil until refined oil product on the content of corn gibherellic ketene and vomiting toxins were studied. The results show that not each section during refined oil product extraction of corn germ has big impact on the content of corn gibbetellic ketene and vomiting toxins, just prominent in the section of press, alkali refining, and deodorization.
