卵巢功能的旁分泌调节研究概况

摘要 卵巢是由具有不同生物学功能的多种成分所构成的组织,是女性的生殖腺。在周期性分泌的促性腺激素的调节下,卵巢的各成分间互相高度协调发挥作用,分泌类固醇激素及肽类物质,产生并排出卵子。旁分泌是指一种细胞通过产生生物活性物质影响相邻细胞的活性。自分泌是指细胞产生的活性物质作用于本身调节其活性。这些活性物质通过细胞上的受体发挥作用。
