摘要 肠碱性磷酸酶(IAP)是一种经糖基磷脂酰肌醇键锚定于肠上皮细胞顶膜上的糖蛋白,在肠黏膜屏障的维护中发挥着重要作用,包括调节十二指肠表面p H值、解除脂多糖(LPS)和游离核苷酸的毒性、抑制肠道炎性反应、调节肠道菌群等。以下就近年来IAP在肠屏障中的作用研究进展作一综述。 Intestinal alkaline phosphatase (IAP) is a glycoprotein anchored in the apical membrane by a glycosyl-phosphatidyl-inositol linkage, and it plays multiple biological roles in maintenance of intes- tinal barrier, including regulation of duodenal surface pH, detoxification of bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and free nucleotides,reducing intestinal inflammation, and modulation of the gut microbiota.
