摘要
目的研究龙胆碱对细菌和真菌有无抑制作用,为开发中草药单体活性成分治疗由细菌或真菌引起的妇科常见疾病提供理论依据。方法采用药物二倍稀释法和菌落计数法相结合的方法。结果龙胆碱对以金黄色葡萄球菌为代表的革兰氏阳性菌和以大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌为代表的革兰氏阴性菌,以及以白色念珠菌为代表的真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。最低抑菌浓度:金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及铜绿假单胞菌为0.875 0~1.750 mg/m L,白色念珠菌为0.903 7~1.807 mg/m L。结论龙胆碱对革兰氏阴性菌及革兰氏阳性菌均有一定的抑制作用。
Objective Studying the bacteriostatic activity of gentianine in order to provide a basis for developing an active ingredient of Chinese herbal medicine monomer treating disease of department of gynaecology which induced by bacteria or fungi. Methods Using double dilution method combining with Colony counting method. Results Gentianine could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli,Staphy lococcus aureus,P. Aeruginosa and Monilia albican,and the MIC to Escherichia coli,Staphy lococcus aureus and P. Aeruginosa is 0. 8 750- 1. 750 mg / m L,to Monilia albican is 0. 9037- 1. 807 mg / mL. Conclusion Gentianine has a certain inhibition to Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
