摘要
目的观察康复护理结合脊柱推拿微调技术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择神经根型颈椎病患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各48例,2组均采用脊柱推拿微调技术治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规基础护理,治疗组在此基础上给予综合康复护理,治疗结束后对2组护理效果进行观察和比较。结果治疗组总有效率为97.9%,对照组总有效率为85.4%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论脊柱推拿微调技术结合康复护理能够有效改善神经根型颈椎病患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on spinal manipulation trimming technique in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients,evaluate the curative effect. Methods Select 96 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table,each of the 48 patients of the two groups treated with spinal trimming technique massage,Patients in the observation group treated with the basis nursing routine,patients in the control group treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. compare and observe the nursing effect of the two groups after treatment. Results The treatment total effectiveness rate of observation group was 97. 9%,treatment group total effectiveness is 85. 4%,The observation group was significantly higher than the control group and the difference was significant P〈0. 05. Conclusion Trimming technology manipulation of the spinal column combined with the application of rehabilitation nursing in patients with nerve root type cervical spondylopathy can effectively improve the curative effect,spread the application in clinical treatment.
