摘要
由于钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土(SPFRC)更加优异的力学性能和更加合理的经济效果,使得它在桥梁、路面、机场跑道、大型隧道衬砌、大跨度结构等重大工程中拥有广阔的应用前景。目前对于SPFRC的研究主要集中在纤维的混杂效应、力学性能、抗爆裂性能以及耐久性方面。对于SPFRC的力学性能,国内外学者开展了大量的试验研究,基本得到共识:钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维混杂能提高混凝土的抗压、抗折与劈裂强度,并显著提高混凝土的抗裂性能和韧性。近年来对SPFRC力学性能的研究已由材料性能向构件性能研究发展,逐渐开展了SPFRC梁式构件和柱式构件的静力学与抗震性能试验研究,已有的结果显示钢与聚丙烯纤维混杂能大幅提高混凝土柱的抗震性能,以及混凝土梁的抗剪性能。另有研究表明钢-聚丙烯纤维混杂掺入能有效提高高温作用下混凝土的抗爆裂性能。关于SPFRC的耐久性方面主要涉及它的抗冻性能和抗渗性能,开展了一些单因素作用下SPFRC的耐久性研究,对于多因素复杂环境作用下SPFRC的耐久性研究鲜有涉及。
Steel-polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced concrete( SPFRC) has broad application in bridges,roads,dams,tunnel lining and other major projects,because of its more excellent mechanical properties and more reasonable economic effect. The research of SPFRC mainly focused on the effects of hybrid fibers,mechanical properties,explosive spalling resistance and durability properties. A large amount of experiments were conducted for SPFRC mechanical properties research,and consensus reached that steel fiber and polypropylene fiber mixture could enhance the compressive strength,flexural and splitting strength of matrix concrete,and significantly improve the concrete crack resistance and ductility.In recent years,experiments on statics and seismic performance of steel-polypropylene hybrid fiber reinforced concrete beam and column were also developed. The results showed that steel fiber and polypropylene fiber mixture could significantly improve the seismic behavior of concrete columns and shear performance of concrete beam. Some other researches showed that steel fiber and polypropylene fiber mixture could effectively improve the explosive spalling resistance of matrix concrete. There are notenough system and in-depth researches on SPFRC durability. SPFRC durability mainly involves its freezing-thawing and permeability. But the durability researches merely consider single factor, not multifactors.
