摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起猪的一种病毒性传染病,给全球的养猪业带来了巨大的经济损失。Ⅰ型干扰素(interferon,IFN)是主要的抗病毒细胞因子,被认为是先天性免疫和适应性免疫之间的桥梁。PRRSV可以通过其编码蛋白来抑制干扰素的产生和阻碍干扰素激活的抗病毒信号通路,从而造成PRRSV在猪体内持续性感染。论文主要对PRRSV基因组、干扰素产生的信号通路和PRRSV抑制干扰素产生的机理进行综述。通过了解PRRSV和机体天然免疫应答之间的关系,以期为深入认识PRRSV的致病机理,并为PRRSV的疫苗研制提供理论基础。 Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS)is a viral disease caused by PRRSV, bringing great economic losses to swine herds worldwide. Type I interferon is principal antiviral cytokine, which is regarded as a bridge between the innate and adaptive immunity. PRRSV encodes proteins that can antagonize interferon pro- duction and impede IFN-activated antiviral signaling pathway, resulting in persistent infection in pigs. This paper summarized the genome of PRRSV, the signaling pathway of IFN production and the mechanisms in suppression of IFN by PRRSV. Thorough understanding the interaction between PRRSV and host innate immune response will help us know the pathogenesis of PRRSV and provide a theoretical basis for development of vaccine.
