摘要
采用醇热法制备Zn O纳米粉体,采用水热法制备Ti O2纳米粉体,将不同质量分数的Zn O与Ti O2混合制备浆料,采用刮涂法在掺氟的Sn O2透明导电玻璃(FTO)上制备Zn O/Ti O2纳米复合薄膜光阳极,与Pt对电极和电解质组装成染料敏化太阳能电池。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和扫描电镜(SEM)对所制备的样品进行表征,通过光电性能测试和电化学阻抗谱测试,研究了添加不同质量分数的Zn O对电池性能的影响。结果表明:不添加Zn O纳米粉时,纯Ti O2光阳极的电池光电转换效率为7.95%,而添加了2wt%Zn O的Zn O/Ti O2复合光阳极电池的效率达到9.54%,比纯Ti O2电池的效率提高了20%。
ZnO nanopowders and TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by aleoholthermal method and hydrothermal methods, respectively. The composite photoanodes with different mass ratios of ZnO and TiO2 were prepared on the transparent conductive fluorine-doped SnO2 (FTO) substrates by doctor-blade method. These anodes were sealed together with Pt-counter electrode to assemble into dye-sensitized solar cells. XRD, XPS and SEM were used to characterize the phase composition and morphology of the synthesized samples. The effects of different addition ZnO on the performance of DSSCs were studied by means of the photocurrent-vohage curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that PCE of TiO2 photoanodes without ZnO addition was 7.95%. By adding just 2wt% ZnO into photoanode, conversion efficiency of 9.54% was obtained, which was 20% higher than that of pure TiO2 photoanode.
