摘要
从元认知知识、元认知体验和元认知监控三方面分析了元认知学习策略的内涵,探讨了在高校体育教学中运用元认知学习策略的重要性。从合理设计教学目标、创设体育学习情境、激发学生的学习兴趣、学生个体差异教学活动的设计五个方面论述了元认知学习策略与高校体育教学结合的建构方式,指出元认知学习策略能够有效改善学生的学习方式,提高学生体育学习的积极性,提高体育教学的效率和质量。
From the aspects of meta-cognitive knowledge, experience and monitoring, the paper analyzes the connotation of metacognitive learning strategies and the signiifcance of its application to PE teaching. Additionally, it explores a teaching approach of integrating matacognitive strategies into PE teaching by developing reasonable teaching objectives, creating learning situations, stimulating students and designing teaching activities considering learners' differences. It is argued that this approach is beneifcial for PE students in terms of their learning interest and learning strategies, which can improve the teaching efifciency and quality of PE teaching.
