摘要 当今社会正处于前所未有的数字化生存时代,基于网络技术构建统一的信息管理系统已经成为学生综合素质评价工作的自觉选择。已有实践表明,各地学生综合素质评价系统信息冗余与有效信息不足并存,单位数据的价值密度低,信息管理系统中价值推理算法本身的科学性有待商榷,参差不齐的系统平台增大了师生的工作量,各方面的负担较为繁重。上海市全市统一的学生综合素质评价信息管理系统的设计,更多关注所采集的原始数据信息的真实性、结果的实用性以及过程的公平性,该信息系统的最大特点在于提供数据信息的描述型模式,重点在于对学生的数据信息进行事实描述。客观纪实信息的采集及录入保障了素质评价工作的信息真实可靠,并在一定程度上保障了该项工作教育功能的发挥,综合素质评价纪实报告的自动生成提升了该项工作的整体效率及客观性。此外,分布式的服务部署方式有助于多客户端用户并发时压力的缓解和数据的安全性。 It is the unprecedented digital survival times, the construction of the unified information management system based on the network technology has become the students' comprehensive quality assessment consciousness choice. Practice has showed that information redundancy of the comprehensive quality assessment system and effective information shortage coexist, unit data of low density value, scientific information management system in value reasoning algorithm itself is debatable, uneven system platform increases the workload of teachers and students, the burden is heavy. The design of Shanghai city unified students comprehensive quality assessment information management system pay more attention to the acquisition of the original data information authenticity, the practicality and the fairness. The biggest characteristic of the information system is to provide information and data description model and focus on student data information for the description of facts. Objective record of information collecting and entry to protect the quality assessment information is reliable, and in a certain extent to protect the educational function of the play, the automatic generations of comprehensive quality assessment of report enhance the overall efficiency and objectivity. In addition, the distributed service deployment is helpful for the ease of concurrent pressure and the security of data.
