摘要
群体不仅是高职院校思想政治教育的对象,也是教育可利用的动力资源。在思想政治理论课大班型课堂里,不仅有来自教师或学生个体的资源,还有来自这一独特教学群体的群体性资源。群体性资源的显性基础是差异性资源,生成性资源是群体性资源的隐性组成,学习共同体资源则是群体性资源的核心组成。教师为学生创造宽松、民主的氛围,构建师生、生生之间多元互动的课堂空间,有助于实现对群体性资源的开发和利用,实现大班型课堂教学的创新。
Group is not only the object of education, but also the power of education. In the classroom with many classes, there are many resources from individual and group. The explicit basis is difference resource, the generating resources is tacit composition, The learning community resource is core component. Teachers need to create a relaxed and democratic atmosphere for students, construct the multi-interaction space between teachers and students, these practice can help the utilization of" resources and the realization of teaching innovation.
