摘要
目的:优化微波提取菝葜中绿原酸的条件,提高绿原酸得率。方法:选取工艺参数液料比、乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波温度、微波时间5个因素,分析其对绿原酸得率的影响。按试验设计做上述工艺参数的优化试验。采用Design-Expert软件对试验数据进行二次响应面分析。结果:最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数50%,微波功率300 W,液料比30∶1(m L/g),微波时间87 s,微波温度48℃。实际绿原酸平均得率为9.3972 mg/g。
Objective: Optimization of microwave extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid in Smilax china L. is to improve the yield. Method: Analyzed the influence of Process parameters liquid-solid ratio, microwave power, microwave temperature, microwave time on the yield of chlorogenic acid. Based on the response surface analysis with the DesignExpert software program, the extraction conditions of the microwave for chlorogenic acid in Smilax china L. were optimized. Results: The optimal microwave extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid: Ethanol concentration 50%, microwave power 300W, liquid-solid ratio 30:1 (mL/g), microwave time 87 s, microwave temperature 48 ℃. Under the conditions, chlorogenic acid yield reached 9.3972 mg/g.
