祛疤方抗兔耳瘢痕组织增生的机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过观察祛疤方对兔耳瘢痕组织和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响,探明祛疤方抗兔耳瘢痕组织增生的机制。方法:取24个兔耳瘢痕造模分成模型组和治疗组(每组12只)分别予外用生理盐水和祛疤方治疗,观察瘢痕形态及瘢痕增生指数变化。用免疫组化法测定成纤维细胞TGF-β1的表达情况。结果:模型组和治疗组瘢痕增生指数分别为3.10±0.55、2.66±0.41,具显著性差异(P<0.05);模型组及治疗组的成纤维细胞TGF-β1表达均显著高于正常组(P<0.05),治疗组的TGF-β1表达量及单位面积成纤维细胞数目均较模型组有显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕形成与成纤维细胞TGF-β1的表达增多有关,祛疤方可能通过抑制成纤维细胞表达TGF-β1进而抑制兔耳瘢痕的病理生理学反应。 Objective: By observing the effects of Quba Prescription on the expression of TGF-131 of fibroblast from the rabbit ear hyperplastic scar, to ascertain the mechanism of Quba Prescription in inhibiting the rabbit ear hyperplastic scar. Methods: Twenty-four evident hyperplastic scars were chosen and divided into model group and treatment group (12 cases in each group), treating with sodium chloride and Quba Prescription respectively, to observe the effects of Quba Prescription on the morphological character and the hyperplasy index of the rabbit ear hyperplastic scar. Immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expression of TGF-β1 in normal skin, Quba Prescription treated group and model group. Results: The hyperplasy index of the rabbit ear hyperplastic scar for the model group and Quba Prescription treated group were 3.10±0.55 and 2.66±0.41 respectively, and there was significant difference between them (P〈0.05). The expression of TGF- β 1 in the scars treated with or not with Quba Prescription were higher than that in normal skin, and the expression of TGF-β1 and the numbers of fibroblasts in the unit area of the treated group were less than those in the model group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The formation of pathological scar is related to the increased expression of TGF-β1 and Quba Prescription might control the proliferation by inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1.
