摘要
针对现有大型立式凝结水泵普遍存在变频工况运行时振动超标的缺点,提出了2种简单有效的解决方案,并根据某600MW、1000MW发电机组立式凝结水泵变频振动超标的改造实例,通过ANSYS有限元计算方法,对整机系统进行模态分析,并对泵的振动情况现场检测,深入分析振动超标的影响因素,对个别零件进行结构改型,并经过试验验证,系统变频运行时的振动状况得到了明显改善,为进一步解决凝泵变频振动问题提供了有益参考和新的尝试。
It is a common defect that the actual state is beyond the permitted vibration level of large vertical condensate pumps in variable frequency operating conditions at present.So the two effective and simple solutions to the problem are suggested in this article.It takes an example of reconstructed project which severe vibration varies with frequency of a vertical condensate pump in 600 MW and 1000 MW generating sets in a certain power plant.A modal analysis of the whole facility system is calculated through finite element analysis by the ANSYS software,and the vibration of the pump is measured at the site.According to these data,it analyzed the influencing factors of vibration exceeding the permit.By modification of the structure of individual parts and experi-mental verification,vibration of system operating at variable frequency condition are significantly improved,and it is a useful refer-ence and a new attempt for solving the problem of vibration vary with frequency for the condensate pump.
