摘要
简要介绍了柔性销的结构和工作原理。以体积最小为目标函数,以销轴直径及长度、泄荷槽直径及长度为设计变量,以柔性销的变形位移量和柔性销中的应力为状态变量,应用ANSYS有限元尺寸优化方法对某8MW海上风电齿轮箱中的柔性销进行结构优化设计。最终确定的柔性销尺寸参数满足设计要求。
It introduces briefly the structure and working principle of the flexible pins.Taking the minimal vol-ume as objective function, it defines the length and diameter of pin shaft as well as the length and diameter of the relief groove as design variable, uses the deformation displacement and stress as the state variable.Based on AN-SYS finite element analysis software, it obtains the size optimization of the flexible pin in a 8MW offshore wind turbine gear box.The flexible pin size determined finally is conformed to the design requirement.
