摘要
为实现焦炉机车的自动化控制,利用激光对射光电传感和绝对值编码器技术,设计一种焦炉机车地址检测器。通过激光对射管扫描码牌获取炉号和绝对地址,由绝对值编码器得到偏移地址,LPC2148主控芯片利用绝对地址校准绝对值编码器的误差,将最终地址信息传输到焦炉机车的可编程逻辑控制器,实现焦炉炉号码牌信息的实时采集、机车地址的动态获取、机车地址和炉号信息的显示与上传等功能。实验结果表明,该地址检测器的硬件结构简单、外设接口丰富、抗干扰能力强,能够满足炼焦自动化中的焦炉机车地址检测与定位需求。
In order to realize the automatic control of coke oven locomotive,this paper combines the laser electric sensor correlation technology with absolute value encoder technology,and designs an address detector for coke oven locomotive. The detector identifies the code card by using the laser correlation tube to obtain the coke oven number and the absolute address,gets the offset address from the output of the absolute value encoder.The error of absolute value encoder can be calibrated with the absolute address by the processor LPC2148,then transmits the final address to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) on the coke oven locomotive. It realizes the functions of real-time information acquisition of coke oven furnace number,dynamical acquisition of locomotive address,display and uploading of locomotive address and furnace number information. Experimental result shows that address detector has simple structure,low cost and strong anti-interference ability,and it can meet the requirements of the address detection and location of coke oven automation.
