摘要
以果蔬农产品物流为例在上海市内进行调研,构建了果蔬物流安全与风险评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析方法(FAHP)确定指标权重,结合专家评价法对上海市果蔬物流风险水平进行实证评价。结果表明,上海市果蔬物流整体风险水平较低,局部环节问题却非常突出,销售环节安全问题成为重要限制因素。
In this paper, we investigated and surveyed the fresh produce logistics in Shanghai, established the logistics security and risk evaluation index system, defined the index weights through FAHP and evaluated the logistics risk level of the fresh produce in Shanghai using the expert evaluation method. The finding showed the risk level was relatively low, but the security of the selling section limited its development.
