摘要
提出为适应医疗卫生体制改革,大型公立医院应该逐渐向研究型医院转变,为应对改革带来的人才竞争问题,医院应该从确立新的人才观,建立合理的分配机制,建立创新科研团队,培养领军人才四个方面着手,形成自身的人才优势,不断提升医院的科研能力。
Large public hospital should gradually develop to be research-oriented hospital to adapt the healthcare reform. In order to solve the problem of talent competition, the large public hospital could adopt the following 4 steps:forming the correct talent attitude, establishing the reasonable distribution system and innovated research group and training team leader. Only in this way can the hospital forming the talent superiority and improving the research ability continuously.
