摘要
数据时代构建中医院图书馆联盟是提升中医药信息资源的利用价值,促进中医院图书馆生存和长远发展的必然趋势。通过简要介绍我国图书馆联盟的发展概况,阐述了构建中医院图书馆联盟的重要意义,从建立统一的管理机制;发挥联盟优势,合理资源配置;建设统一的技术平台,实现高效的资源整合和加强对联盟馆员的业务培训等4个方面对构建中医院图书馆联盟的策略进行了初步探讨研究。
It is a necessity trend of building professional traditional Chinese medical library alliance to improve the utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine information and help library long term development. The development and the means of library alliance in China was briefly introduced. The strategies of building professional traditional Chinese medical library alliance were discussed in aspects of integrated management mechanism, rational allocation resources, building unified technical platform and training librarians.
