摘要
四川长宁区块页岩气资源储量丰富,开发利用价值大,采用常规钻井模式存在施工效率低、钻井周期长、作业费用高、投产速度慢等问题,影响了页岩气资源的规模效益开发进程。"工厂化"钻井以流水线的作业模式批量完成钻井作业,2008年应用于北美,促成了美国"页岩气革命",因此有必要研究形成适合四川长宁页岩气地质特征和技术现状的"工厂化"钻井技术,进而缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本。基于四川长宁区块地质、工程特点,分析了该区块页岩气丛式水平井组面临的主要钻井技术难题,探讨了"工厂化"钻井关键技术及装备,提出了"工厂化"钻井两步走实施计划,形成了双钻机批量钻井方案和配套优快钻井技术系列,为页岩气资源高效开发、长宁-威远国家级页岩气示范区建设提供了良好的技术支持。
Sichuan Changning block with a large shale gas reservoir has high utilization value. The conventional drilling mode used in the block exist the problems of low efficiency,high operation cost and long drilling cycle,which affect shale gas development. 'Factory'drilling,a drilling operation in form of production line,has been applied in Northern American since2008 and has contributed to'shale gas revolution'of American.Hence,it is necessary to research 'factory'drilling technique suited for Changning block. Based on the geological and engineering characteristics of Sichuan Changning block,the main technical challenges of cluster wells drilling technology were analyzed in shale gas development,the key technologies and equipment which will be used in 'factory'drilling were discussed,and the double drill rig drilling programs and matching fast drilling technologies were formed,which provided technical support for the shale gas development.
