摘要
管束式集装箱是运输压缩天然气的关键设备。在管束式集装箱气瓶长度增加的情况下,惯用的设置前后斜支撑管的方式已不能完全满足设备安全使用的需求,部分部件的应力超过了允许值。基于有限元分析计算结果,并结合工程经验,提出了一种结合了直加强筋和斜支撑管的设置前后斜支撑管的方式,改善了管束式集装箱内应力分布情况;使用该方式,在改善框架结构受力的基础上,结构总重量减少197.8kg,占原结构框架各梁总质量的11.35%,有效地实现了设备的轻量化,该结构已被应用于工程实际。
Tube bundle container is the key equipment for transportation of natural gas. Aslonger gas cylinder being applied, setting inclined brace as usual can't meet the requirement of safety,stress intensity of some components is above allowed values. Based onfinite element analysisresults and engineering practice, a new method of setting inclined bracewhichcombined direct reinforcing beam and inclined brace is proposed. Better stress distribution is acquired by using this new method. Thus, not only the stress distribution is ameliorated, the weight of equipment using new method of brace setting is also lighted by 197.8kg, accounts for 11.35% of frame weight, lightweight of equipment is realized effectively, and this structure is applied in engineering.
