磺酸盐类三元复合体系界面扩张黏弹性研究

摘要 利用Tracker全自动液滴表面张力仪测量了聚合物溶液、聚表二元体系和ASP三元复合体系与油的界面扩张黏弹性,研究了碱类型和活性剂类型对界面黏弹性的影响,分析了不同驱油体系界面黏弹性的变化规律,定量分析了界面黏弹性中黏性和弹性大小及贡献。结果表明:在聚合物溶液、聚表二元体系和三元复合体系的比较中,三元复合体系油水界面黏弹贡献比最小,复合模量以弹性模量为主;含重烷基苯磺酸盐的三元复合体系界面的扩张黏性模量、弹性模量、复合模量要比含石油磺酸盐的三元复合体系的低,相对于重烷基苯磺酸盐的三元复合体系,由石油磺酸盐表面活性剂形成的三元复合体系中弹性的贡献比较大。 Using tracker type fully automatic droplet interfacial tension meter,the interfacial dilational viscoelasticities of polymer solution,polymer-surfactant binary solution and alkali-surfactant-polymer ternary compound solution are measured.The effects of alkali type and surfactant type on interfacial viscoelasticity are studied.The interfacial viscoelasticity of the different type of flooding system are analyzed.The data of viscous modulus and elastic modulus are quantitative analyzed.The contributions of viscosity and elasticity to viscoelasticity are obtained.The contribution ratio is defined as viscous modulus divided by elastic modulus.The results show that,among polymer solution,polymer-surfactant binary solution and alkali-surfactant-polymer ternary compound solution,the contribution ratio of the ternary compound solution is the smallest.Elastic modulus is the major part of complex modulus.The interfacial elastic modulus,viscous modulus and complex modulus of ternary solution with heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate are lower than those of ternary solution with petroleum sulfonate.The contribution ratio of petroleum sulfonate ternary complex solution is larger than that of heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate ternary composite solution.
