摘要
成功教育的前提是要了解学生,而了解学生的一个重要途径就是要倾听学生的心声。高校教师应真诚、耐心、包容地倾听学生的心声,从而改进教学方法,有针对性地引导学生,提高学生学习效率。
The premise of successful education is learning about students. One important way of learning about students is to listen to their voiees. Teaehers in higher education should listen to students＇ voices faithfully, patiently and tolerantly so as to improve teaehing methods, guide students purposefully, and enhance students＇ learning effieieney.
