级配再生沥青混合料基层与级配碎石基层路面结构力学对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 在标准轴载作用下,运用ANSYS软件对路面结构进行了数值模拟,分析了以级配再生RAP混合料作为柔性基层的路面结构与以相同级配的级配碎石作为柔性基层的路面结构的应力及位移情况。通过对比得出,以级配再生RAP(Recycled Asphalt Pavement)混合料作为柔性基层的路面结构比相同级配的级配碎石作为柔性基层的路面结构,可以减小最大位移,减小最大剪应力,而最大竖向应力变化不大,这对于延长路面使用年限,有很大的提高。 Considering the action of standard axle load, numerical simulation was carried out with ANSYS software to analyze the stress and displacement of the pavement structures which take graded RAP mixture and graded broken stone in the same grading as the flexible base respectively. Through comparison, it was found out that the pavement structure taking graded RAP mixture as flexible base, compared with that taking graded broken stone in the same grading as the flexible base, may bring about reduced maximum displacement and reduced maximum shearing stress with rarely changed maximum vertical stress, which is good to prolong the pavement's service life.
