摘要
针对滚珠丝杠进给系统热变形的各热源进行分析,建立热变形数学模型,利用ANSYS软件对滚珠丝杠热变形进行分析,采用红外热像仪和温度传感器对丝杠发热量和温升进行测试,根据测试结果对有限元边界条件进行修正,并进行系统温度场优化设计,减小了进给系统的热变形,提高了进给系统的传动精度。
The thermal deformation of the ball screw feed system of heat are analyzed, and a mathematical model for thermal deformation is established by using ANSYS software to analyze ball screw heat distortion, temperature rise test is done by using infrared thermal imaging and temperature sensor for screw heat. According to the test results of correction based on the finite element boundary conditions, the system temperature field is optimization designed, the thermal deformation of the feed system is reduced, the transmission precision of the feeding system is improved.
