中深孔爆破技术在大断面穿层岩巷掘进中的应用

摘要 如何利用现有掘进设备,通过采用中深孔爆破技术,提高掘进速度,成为岩巷施工中急需解决的技术问题。炮眼深度2.0m以上的中深孔爆破技术是未来提升矿井炮掘单进水平的发展方向之一,在保证支护安全的前提下,可有效提高矿井炮掘单进水平和掘进工效。华煤公司施工的梅花井煤矿一煤组辅运下山采用3.0m深孔爆破技术进行掘进施工,循环进度2.8m,月单进150m以上,取得了良好的应用效果。 How to make use of the existing excavation equipment, to improve the driving speed through the adoption of medium-length hole blasting technique, becomes a technical problem that was in urgent need of solving in rock tunnel construction. Above 2.0 m of hole depth of medium-length hole blasting technique is one of development directions to improve the future mine cannon dig one single level, and on the premise of ensure the safety of the supporting, which can effectively improve the level of single level and advance work efficiency. Group 1 of Meihuajing coal mine, Shenhua coal industry adopts 3.0m medium-length hole blasting technique to the tunneling construction, circulation progress is 2.8 m, single into is more than 150m each month, which has obtained the good application effect.
