摘要
选用20日龄肉鸡腹腔接种大肠杆菌构建大肠杆菌病模型,研究中药水煎液对模型发病率和死亡率的影响,分析中药四气、五味、归经和功效与抗菌效果的关系。结果表明:味甘或酸或苦,性寒或平,归胃经或心经或肝经,凉血止血或清热解毒中药发病率和死亡率较低;味辛,性温或热,归脾经,祛风中药发病率和死亡率较高。中药药性对体内抗鸡大肠杆菌效果有较大影响,依据药性筛选抗大肠杆菌中药是一种方便快捷的方法。
The colibacillosis model was built by injecting intraperitoneally E. coli to 20 - day - old broilers. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction liquid on morbidity and mortality of modle was studied. The relation between "four natures - five flavors - chanel tropism - effect " and antibacterial effect of tra- ditional Chinese medicine was analyzed. The results showed that the morbidity and mortality were lower with the decoction liquid which were sweet, sour or bitter in taste and cold or calm in property, stomach or heart or liver channel in distribution and cooling blood and hemostasis in role,while those were higher with the decoction liquid which were pungent in taste, warm or hot in property, spleen channel in distribution and dispelling wind - evil in role. The natures of traditional Chinese medicine had greater influence on in vivo against Escherichia coli in broilers. It' s a rapid and effective method to select traditional Chinese medicines against Escherichia coli based on natures.
