摘要
自高校大规模扩招以来,大学生就业形势不容乐观,农业院校女大学生的就业形势更为严峻。深究其原因,主要是由于个人因素限制、学校专业设置与市场需求脱节、用人单位对农业院校女大学生的性别、婚孕、校别歧视以及农村生产生活条件的制约。为提升农业院校女大学生的就业能力,个人应注重自身综合素质能力的提升;农业院校应根据市场需求调整专业和教学内容,培养专业实用型人才;用人单位应树立正确的用人观;政府应完善女大学生的就业保障制度,降低企业的用人成本,提高女大学生的就业率。同时还应加大对农村经济文化发展的扶持力度,为大学生到农村就业提供良好的环境。
Agricultural college students are important agricultural talent resources in our country. But the female college students who are the main part of college students in agricultural colleges are facing severe employment predicament. Based on the analysis of the causes of the difficult employment of female college students in agri- cultural universities,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were, put forward so as to arouse public concern and consideration on the employment problem of female college students in agricultural colleges
