摘要
乳腺癌作为危害女性身心健康的恶性肿瘤之一,发病程度呈逐年递增趋势,甚则威胁生命。据资料显示,全球范围内每年约有120万妇女发现患有乳腺癌,其中50万妇女因此死亡。根据流行病学统计,北美和欧洲等发达地区是乳腺癌的高发区,美国等高危地区1/9妇女将在其一生中患有此病。虽然亚洲是乳腺癌的低发区,但乳腺癌的发病率却逐年升高,且呈现年轻化发展趋向。乳腺癌作为"女性杀手",因其高发病率、高死亡率、预后较差等逐渐被人们所认知。因此,做到乳腺癌的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗、早期预防是降低患者死亡率、改善预后的关键因素,其决定因素更在于早期诊断。该文对乳腺癌变的CT表现与特征进行分析,探讨胸部CT扫描对诊断乳腺癌的应用价值。
Breast cancer is the most common malignancy harm to women＇s health. About 1.2 million women suffer from breast cancer,500 000 women died due to breast cancer worldwide each year. North America, Europe and other developed countries have high incidence of breast cancer. According to statistics, there are one nine people suffering from breast cancer in their lifetime in the US. Although Asia is low-incidence area of breast cancer, but the incidence of breast cancer increased year by year, and at a younger age trend. Therefore, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment is to reduce breast cancer mortality. The determining factor is early diagnosis. In this paper, the performance and characteristics of breast cancers CT were analyzed in the diagnosis of breast cancer in the value of chest CT scan.
