摘要
从系统稳定性原理出发探讨我国医院建立患者信息反馈机制的必要性,医院反馈机制存在的问题及优化医院反馈机制的建议。提出反馈机制的建立是医院管理系统保持稳定的决定性因素,医院应建立起客观、科学、合理的反馈评价体系,并提倡应让第三方专业机构参与到医院反馈评价工作中去,以保证测评结果的真实性与公正性,将医院反馈机制的建立纳入医改政策体系中。
From the system stability theory to discuss the necessity, problems and suggestions of hospital establish feedback mechanism in our country. Proposed the feedback mechanism establishment is the hospital stable determining factor, and promote third-party professional organizations should be allowed to participate in the hospital feedback work, will the hospital feedback mechanism into the health care policy system.
