定位和微创技术在上颌前牙区埋伏牙拔除术中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的:研究定位和微创技术在上颌前牙区埋伏牙拔除术中的应用。方法:前牙区埋伏牙患者30例,通过锥形束CT(CBCT)准确定位,利用气动式外科专用切割手机联合动力钻精确去骨,联合分牙术微创拔除患牙。结果 :30例患牙均顺利拔除,手术时间15~28 min,平均20 min,术后反应小,肿胀较轻。所有病例均未发生感染、损伤邻牙等并发症,术后1周拆线,伤口一期愈合。结论:通过CBCT术前准确定位,利用高速气动手机联合动力钻精确去骨及分牙后拔除前牙区埋伏牙,充分体现了微创拔牙的技术与理念,适合推广应用。 PURPOSE: To study the positioning and minimally invasive techniques in extraction of anterior maxillary impacted teeth. METHODS: After the location of anterior maxilla by cone-beam CT, Thirty impacted teeth were extracted with minimally invasive technique by using surgical impact air handpiece and surgical bur. RESULTS: Thirty impacted teeth were extracted successfully in 15-28 min. No complications happened such as wound infection or root injury.CONCLUSIONS: By location using cone-beam CT, the extraction of anterior maxillary impacted teeth with surgical impact air handpiece and surgical bur is safe and with fewer complications. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
