摘要
基于企业化的视角来对高职校园文化构建展开研究已是时代的主流。在这种大背景下,研究高职院校特色文化模式的构建具有重要意义。根据具体实践特征的差异可以将构建模式分为多种类型,它们都有着不同或相似的载体。重点研究了内生型、嵌入型等典型构建模式,发现体制机制创新、经费投入、观念更新等因素对特色文化模式构建有着重要影响。
The study of higher vocational campus culture construction based on enterprise perspective is the mainstream of thetimes. In this context, it is of great significance to construct the research of higher vocational colleges about the culture pat-tern. According to the construction mode, it is divided into many types by differences in the specific practice characteristics, andthey all have different carriers or similar. By Focusing on the endogenous type and embedded type and other typical constructionmodel,it has found that the innovation of system and mechanism, the input of funds, updating the concept and other factorshave important effects on the construction of characteristics cultural mode.
